The GJS5500 contains a rather shallow hard cup (see below) in front of unusually
thick padding. The shape of the cup does not allow it to transfer impacts
around the genitals to the pubic bone. However, when worn over a conventional
cup and supporter, the GJS5500 provides excellent impact protection and
